The American Quilt Study Group is auctioning antique quilts online through September 20th.
This Delectable Mountains quilt with a chrome yellow border was donated by Lucinda Cawley
It dates to the 1870s.
Each year at the AQSG Seminar members donate antique textiles, books, art and ephemera to auction to antendees. Silent and live auctions provide a lot of fun plus funds for the non-profit group. This year AQSG is widening their audience by placing 18 items on their web page for everyone to bid on.
